I need a logo for my Newly formed company.

Its a HR firm , specialized to deal only with Female Candidates !!

a Very Good quality designed in Coral Draw !!
 
I prefer the top 1 but make the Pink HR services the same red as the A

The 2nd version looks like you are advertising an escort service and seems a bit sexist in the modern world.
