Hey guys,

First of all apologies if this is in the section of the forum.

Basically I currently do not own Photoshop & am pretty much looking for someone to help me with an Image. If need be, a purchase will be made but as of strict budget for now I'm looking for help. I am setting up my companies website and am looking to Enhance some photos that go onto it.

It's a photo of myself, wearing a geek outfit but would really like either an effect on it or maybe to enhance the image somehow. Again I am new to all this so advice would be really appreciated.

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be LOVELY!

Haha Paul, not quite the effect I was looking for ;)

As I said I am a complete noob with these kinds of things! Was just wondering if there was a 'cool' vibe anyone could get going.

It's a long shot but ya don't get anywhere keeping quiet!
 
I think the sort of thing you are asking for , would need a far better quality image than the one you have supplied really, but let's see who's feeling all generous tis crimbo month.
 
Ok back on track here what kind of work do you do as I can't see many companies where a photo like this would be any credit to a company. There are a few exceptions like clubs and bars or a fun place to work I can get that but we need more info if you work for a law firm then well I have no idea how we can do this image to represent your firm in any way..
 
Like i said very vague request, my 'ice breaker' is no ball breaker but OP's really do need to up the game of explaining the actual requirements to us all.
 
So what do you exactly require from us here at PSG mate?
 
Well, to be honest... I want to make it look professional. Is it worth be purchasing photoshop and 'enhancing' the image or would the current photo not get 'much' better? Like I said, I'm new to these kinds of things. Sorry if I'm being vague.
 
Pro finish requires a near pro image, Photoshop can help with improving your image, but we still need some ideas for a theme say?
 
well you cant put glitter on a turd and I mean that in a constructive way unless your walking around with a professional photographer on these bar crawls or maybe even a decent camera then we will have to make do with these mobile phone snaps. Just dont expect professional outcome, you can take the best of professional photo editors but if they are not working on a professionally taken photograph what can you really expect.

I have an idea that may work but it counts on high resolution images to begin with so I will wing it. it is also nearly 3am so dont expect "professional work"
 
Appreciated Hoogle, but don't put your back out :P There is a professional photograper on the bar crawls. I'm just gathering ideas at the moment. I didn't expect anything from this so again I do appreciate it! Even Pauls participation ;).
