Need help!!!

I am trying to create a gif in CS4.

Something simple, I have 3 images that I want to change in each
frame, THAT'S IT! :banghead:

I'm new to this and this isn't going as planned, please help

You need to create a single layer for every animation frame and then add them to your time line.
