Need help with template

Ok, I been doing clothing for awhile but still a lot to learn. One thing I can't get right would be two things,

This:

and This:
starter3.png

I'm not talking about the jackets themselves, more of like the fabric/wrinkles.

I've been trying to get it right for awhile but I figured before I shoot myself I should ask the people who may know. I'd appreciate any help.
 
Like I said at the bottom. Just a wrinkle/fold technique to give it the shiny type of look it does in those jackets.
 
Dark background colour with a wrinkle type brush in white would achieve this, that is if this is what you're after.
 
Another way to make wrinkles is to paint the crease in white with the brush tool, use smudge tool over that. Duplicate layer then invert colour (image/adjustments/invert) which will turn the white into black. Move the black layer below the white layer. Set both layers to soft light or overlay.. play with opacity to tweak.
 
Could someone refer me to some wrinkle brushes then? besmirches: I know that technique. I've tried it but I haven't been able to get it very natural looking.
