Specific Need help with profile picture.

I want to use this as my profile picture but I'm not too good with editing. Can someone please help me out enhancing the photo?
Feel free to change the colours as you like. I think the background is too white and I'm not sure about the sunglasses's reflection.
Change what you think will make the picture better! Thanks.
