Hi people, im new in the forum... -i was searching for PS expertise and i was taken here.
I have a small problem maybe one of you guys would care to help me out? Its a wedding pic from us leaving the car, but behind my back there is a blond lady that takes the focus a little away .. usually blond ladies is ok to take focus away (no offence to brunettes) but in this photo it would be nice to have it clean. (without the blonde) Also, if anyone feels artistic, please feel free to make something funny as well:))

Cheers

Maybe it will make her happy happy happy!:cool2:

Thanks, Larry. I'm not home, so I couldn't do that myself, but I hoped someone would warm up that photo. It really needed it. Thanks again, Tom.

Hi Larry - Ignore my comment about the 2 stripe Technicolor process. When I got home, I looked at this image in more detail and saw (in all of it's glory) exactly what you were up against when you tweaked the colors. I wonder what in the world happened to that image? I wonder if it was a scan from a print, or if someone already tried to "fix it" with software, or what.

Anyway, I gave it a shot and really couldn't get it looking as good as I would like. Such is life.

T

PS - Since other dealt with the woman on the extreme LHS, I just ignored her and concentrated on the difficult color problem.

You're absolutely right. I paid virtually no attention to masking and those sorts of things because I was interested in seeing if I could do something to improve the color, and I wasn't very successful that either. LOL!

Just to clearify guys, you are right, the image has been tampered with..(the fotographer told me this was looking better with a blue filter....) but according to you guys, maybe not. so here is the original pic :)

Thanks for the background info. I was curious what happened to it. To be honest, the other version didn't look like any other photograph has ever seen. I hate to say this without knowing his motivation, but I think the other photographer was just really, really wrong.
