Need help with moire pattern on collar

Hello, I am a portrait photographer and ended up with a moire pattern on this guys's collar. Can someone please help me by fixing this? I need it to match the color of the shirt so it's not noticeable.

Thank you Eggy. Now this is what I have but I can't get that adjusted part of the collar to match the color of the rest of the shirt. Can you help me with that? Thanks, Les

OMG I just sent this to him and now he wants me to take the wrinkles out of his shirt. I mean I'm good at processing faces but the clothing on this one is going to drive me crazy!!! I've done over 3000 of these things and most people don't ask for so many changes.
