Need help with makin this header look more realistic

I aplogize if I have posted in wrong section....

I wan't to make this header look more realistic, more attractive etc. But I don't have the knowledge to do that. So I hope someone here could help me.

I think that the image provided pretty much explains everything.

Is that a spay gun? My recommendations to get a more realistic affect is to not use such a solid line around the white border. Break it up a bit and don't make it looks so fluid. If you have ever seen a real paint splat, it is anything but uniform. Also add more splatter effects around the paint and don't use a glow on the gun part. Add more noise to the spray coming out of the gun and maybe even a soft edge bevel with reflections to the white blob. Cheers
