Do you have any idea how I can get the effect they used? So that the font not only shows the image, but also has the box around it?

1. Make a rectangle selection.
2. Create Layer/New Layer Fill/Solid Color. Make it black. Should apear black rectangle.
3. Type your text as big as needed. Text "foot" touching or little goes out of black box as you wish.
4. When text done, open layers panel (F7).
5. Holding CTRL click with mouse on text layer. Selection should apear.
6. Delete or make invisible text layer.
7. Clink on that black rectangle layer. By default it would have name Color Fill 1.
8. Press D.
8. Press CTRL+X.

Result should be like this:
text.jpg
Here is psd how it looks with layer:

Or smarter way is:
1. Do step 1 till 4 (included) from previous post.
2. Make background layer or layer with your image to be seen throught letters and make copy of it.
3. Move that copied layer over all others (to the top).
4. Go to menu Layer/Create Cliping Mask.

Done. Effect same as previous but with that method you can change text in text layer, move it, resize way you want and effect will be still there.

Fantastic! I accomplished it using a clipping mask but it was far from efficient. This is perfect.

"You are allowed to put a link to your personal or professional website, portfolio, or other site RELATED in some way to Photoshop or any kind of visual design."

Don't you mean Are NOT allowed?

OH, Um, re-read it several times. It does say you are allowed, just as long as it's photoshop related. Kinda confusing though.

Just kinda misleading, thats all. I think the wording should be very clear.

"If the website your posting is not Photoshop or Web Designing related", don't post it.

I hear ya, but so many ways to say the same thing, what you said is the same impression I get from Steves quote.......

Hmm...i'm confused too. I remember there was "NOT allowed". And that's i remember because of natural thoughts about equality (someone can have PS related links (for example moderators, someone no) :)
