I found a crap quality Image online of what I want to recreate

Anyway here is the Image I want to recreate

rainmeter Yorzua tag.jpg

So far this is what I've come up with (Lets call it "MyTag")

MyShieldTag(Atempt1).png

So basically what I am struggling with is adding the Iron man Face to "MyTag"

This:
Ironman rainmeter.jpg

Can someone please help me add that to "MyTag" ? The rest is easy and I should be able to do it
(I then Just need to add "Legion" to the image (Instead of "IRONMAN Yorzua"))

NOTE: "MyTag" needs to stay the exact size and in .png Format for it to work in Rainmeter, I just need help adding that Ironman face to it

EXTRA:
My desktop currently looks something like this
My desktop.jpg

I just want to change the "Tag" (Top Left)

This is just one way to accomplish this effect!

Open the two images you wish to join.

Using the Move Tool, drag and drop the "face" document/image into the "tag" document/image.

Select/highlight the "face" image, cmd/cntrl + T to transform, hold shift key and drag a corner to reduce it's size to where you want it. Position.

Add a layer mask to the newly transformed and positioned "face" image. Make sure the white frame is surrounding the mask and use a small soft brush set to black to mask the edges.

Set the "face" layer to Screen mode.
