Need help with easy tutorial

Can someone please help me with this tutorial? It looks pretty easy (just a button) but I cant seem to get it.

To anyone who'ld be doing this.... the Gradient Overlay Blend Mode should be set to multiply not screen as set by in the tutorial .............

Thanks...Also, I would like it to be 25px not 20px
