Need help with crop matters

Move your Crop shape layer below the Beach layer.

Right click the crop shape layer and select create clipping mask or hover your cursor between the two layers while holding down the alt/option key, you will see the cursor turn into a box with a black angled arrow pointing down, then click.

You can change the scenery within the Crop layer anytime you wish by selecting/highlighting the beach layer and using your move tool to move it, or you can do the same with the Crop layer.

Add a background. Then add a layer style to the Crop layer, and you can add a drop shadow.

If that's not what you wanted ! click on 'C' and use it
You should never crop or delete pixels. There are always more efficient and non destructive ways to accomplish this.

Also, you can add in a template like an iPhone.

If you want to move the iPhone template and the Shape layer together, just select/highlight both layers and move with the move tool.
