I have been trying for some time to edit a photo i have taken of my dog to give as a gift to my mother. I seem to lack the skill needed to accomplish what i am looking for. If anyone would like to help me i would greatly appreciate it.
I have attached the picture. I would like white spec about an inch under his eye touched up and the stem of grass hanging out of his mouth removed. Hopefully someone can help.
