Need help photoshop these two things together

The place I work at does these annual pranks. This year we are do best office bodies and we need these two photos photoshopped together. I thought I could do it, but I can't. Any help would be awesome. Thank you!

You say you can't do it? Maybe if you describe the difficulty you are having we could help. Posting a screenshot of your results would help.

I can even figure out how to blend the two. So, I just need someone else to do it. I am like worse than a novice.
