Need help making my logo bigger

Back in 2010 I made a quick little logo in photoshop (it's the one in my avatar). I made the mistake of making it too small so when I try and resize it to make it larger it's very pixelated. I would normally just recreate it but the problem is I used certain photoshop overlays and gradients and I honestly can't remember what they were called or what settings I used so I wouldn't be able to get it exactly how it was before.

I figured I'de ask for help on here as a last resort before starting from scratch. I can give someone a copy of the original psd file if that would help.

It's hard to tell what effects you did on such a small image, I have replicated it for toy in illustrator.

There isn't really a font like that. I remember taking basic font text and editing it to look like that in photoshop.
