I am new to photoshop
Currently I am stuck on getting a certain color out of an older colored photo. It is about 18 years old and I am trying to correct it. On the babies hair the photo has gone a weird colour that is brighter than the rest of the photo. I need help fixing this and any other additional problems that you think can be made.
