Need Help Building A Website

Ok yesterday I posted that Im interested in a flash website but I would have no idea how to maintain it. I am interested in the idea of just a regular HTML website but I am not too good with HTML. I have both HMTL Validator and Adobe Dreamweaver but I am confused as to how to use Dreamweaver. I was basicly wondering if anyone would be interested in helping me build a website. I will provide everything I need to get started. I am usually pretty good with maintaining templates but I cannot find anything I like that is free. If anyone can help me please reply or PM me. if you are beginner in web design .just use Wordpress Cms, Download it and install it on your Host

For your needs in website, You need something to look amazing and attractive as you are promoting your comic, You will want interaction and something more complex than html even if you go html5 route add some xml a pinch of javascript and you will be on your way.

Better still learn Flash You dont have to do the whole site in flash but you can embed flash elements into your site to give it a bit of a bling.
