Need bezier curve swoops for website header - $50

Need a PSD pen tool expert to create tri-color swoop as shown in image. Left side must be horizontal due to repeating background. Curves must transition smoothly from straight to curved to common end point.
I will send layered PSD. Need finished swoop in 3 days. Can pay up to $50 on completion.
