Need a little help

Dear fellow members, I have t shirt in flat design and have just image I don't have any source file for design. I want to make it in 3d. I have attach image of my current design in white and sample of 3d tshirt in black which I want to adopt. Now my question is is there any short cut way to do this task as I have large number of images or I will have to first make these designs from beginning and then will put them any any 3d mock up template?

Hello and welcome.

There's really no way to take the image that you have provided and make it dimensional like the first two images you posted.

You would need to start with a blank white 3D t-shirt and use this as your starting point.
