My Window Panels are Not Working In Bridge Please Help!

HI Ive been frustrated for the last couple of days because my panels quick working and I can not select a Panels option for the window menu.. How do I get my favorites, Preview, Metadata panels working again?

I don't use bridge very often but look down on the right corner one of those icons I think you can reset it hopefully,there was another thread today about this somewhere here
 
thanks I finally figured it out! Well kinda.. I just put bridge back in full view mode and it started working.. thanks for your help..
