First off.... we wouldn't know where to start coz we don't which are the final lines of your drawing.....

Second... obviously this is a scan..... why not erase the lines and smudges that you don't need before scanning?

That's how it's supposed to be done... before any PS work can be done.....

My photography professor always tells us if you start with a good image, your final product will be all the more impressive.

You may want to consider retaking your photo.
