My Indoor Soccer Photography Need some cool Effects! Teach me please!!

Hi Guys
Please look at some of my photos please and they look awesome.
I am looking for some great effect to make my teamates look awesome!
I want to have some Impact, maybe body heat or glowing effect so that people can feel the heat and impact of the game!
Of course at the same time, I am not going to put tons of meaningless effect on it. Just some reasonable one.

For example, I have some partial color effect in the photos, but to improve it, I want to add some maybe body heat effect so that the surrounding area will also have some color or maybe a bit glowing, any suggestion?

So if you have great idea, can you show me example, or just tell me the direction to look into and I can do some research by myself.

For the glowing effect, you can make a new layer, choose a bright color you want the glow in, use a small brush, apply it around the area you want to glow, then add a gaussian blur (amount is personal prefernce), and then you can play with the layer style, maybe try to change it to overlay or multiply. You can play around with that isea, maybe do multiple layers in similar colors, or different layer styles, different brush sizes or amounts of gaussian blur etc.

Be careful with the pixel filters though. The first picture looks a bit zombie-ish
