I like what you have done, I just would also try to do something with that strange thing on her right thigh.

Very nice so far, maybe you could fill in the mud patches on the floor with more grass (clone or patch will do it nicely) and maybe some shadow fixing on the face - it's a little harsh in some places.

Other than that, nice work for first attempt

nice colors, like the moderate shadow-highlight usage in order to soften the light (that is away too hard).
Only thing you may think of is that new background is way to sharp, even in the distance, i would gradiently
blur it so you'll get realistic lens effect.
In general, when editing photos in photoshop you should try to keep it as real life as possible.
Best way to edit the photo is that noone can tell if it was edited or not without seen the original;-)
