Pick a better background or tone it down a bit. Its way too bright.

The background is letting it down a bit. It doesn't really match in with the rest of the image.

Still, A good job though.

The background takes the focus of the eye instead of the girl. If you want to use this background onlym You may have used an outside glow (Black color) with lower opacity on the girl to separate her from the background.
