If you want to make animation, just you have to make in flash it's for 2D. For 3D you need 3D animation apps likes 3D Max, Maya and Blender (open source)

Hi sam123 I am glad that you liked my pics . Well I didn't do nothing special I drew almost whole image with pen tool, created some water bubbles as a brush and that`s all, you saw the result

Hi nejikiara , thanks for the comment! Yea it was hard at the beginning with pen tool, but now I just get fun of course I have to learn a lot yet .

thats very nice to hear, when having fun that's what motivates to learn more! be sure to get familiar with the convert point tool aswell incase you haven't used it yet helps better to curve those lines
