Specific My cat, a teddy bear and James Bond

Hi!

I wondered if anyone would be able to Photoshop the picture of my cat and my partner's childhood bear into this picture of James Bond giving a lady a massage in a hot tub, so that it looks like James Bond is massaging the bear or the cat or whatever looks best (but please include the bear and cat in the pic and not the lady). I tried to pose them in my cat's hammock so that it looks like they're in a hot tub?! I also tried to do the picture myself on paint and it looks really bad it is for his birthday card. No other rationale other than he likes these three things.
