Color over cast

1. Open the required photo (color over cast)
2. Press Ctrl + j to duplicate the layer (never work on the original)
3. go Filter>Blur>average
4. Image>adjustments>reverse
5. Set the blending mode to color
6. Reduce the Opacity to 45-50%
7. Now you are done

Good work on removing the colour cast, id be more worried as to what was causing it however? Thats a very strong cast..

I like the after, it gives the photo a warm, a bit vintagie feeling.
