Movie Poster Contest!

Im sure many of you have already heard of this but...
There is a Resident Evil poster contest with a HUGE prize...Im sure you all could do something spiffy..the rules are all on the page here;

One thing is strange though... They want the image to be 481 pixels wide by 715 pixels tall at 72 dpi. Kinda small in my opinion for a movie poster, so I take the comment "Your poster could be one of the official posters for the motion picture RESIDENT EVIL" with a grain of salt.

It would be nice to know what the movie is all about, strange that they didn't put that information on their web site.

That movie's been out for awhile now. How can your artwork become a poster for it? I'm pretty sure their ad capaign is about over now. \:]

Funny, I thought I posted a little effort of mine here - just for fun - didn't enter the competition of course. A good poster by the winner of the previous one.

Suggestion: Maybe one of the esteemed members (it always draws more attention if one of them do it) can create a Campfire challenge for Movie Posters. There's a lot of scope there - either recreate old ones, or create spoofs. I think it could be very interesting. Probably intermingle some "fodder" with it.

Yes, it is for the sequel...Im pretty sure it ends at the end of this month..I did find that the image size was small but IF you win I THINK they will redo it larger with your idea in mind..you get me so far?
Mine stinks...Im gonna enter it anyway.

I'm going to give this a spin. The worst that could happen is to have it passed over with out a second glance. First I think I will rent the first movie. I have tried but nothing at all comes to mind. Atleast watching the first flick will ---- point me in the right direction.
