I'm working on a school project now, were im going to create a commercial for a norwegian designer.
I've chosen the desginer couple "moods of norway". What i really want to know, is how to do the effect over the text layer. The curly lines.

I would start with a search for "Baroque patterns"
If you don`t find ay that you can use, create one with the pen tool.
