Monogram in oval

Hello!!!!
I hope someone can help me.
I am pretty new to photoshop and I am trying to create a text in an oval. I mean the 3 letters in an oval, the letters ave to be the size of the oval and have the oval shape ... I am not sure if I explained it well ...... well, some thing like this:

Can you help me?? I need MSM ...... if I get the base I can them modify it on ly own ....
