Monitor / Screen Effect

I'm trying to recreate an image like this one with the monitor looking effect.

I've found a few tutorials, but they don't give me that well of results.

Does anyone know of any other tutorials or how I could recreate this look? Also with the first image, should I use the perspective tool to create that tilted look like they have?

You say that these tutorials don't give you good results but the second link looks like it would work well for this. Why don't you post your work using these tutorials so we can see what you might mean.

Find more senior members who are willing to help in this forum, sure enough you can get the help that you need. I am also a newbie and still have a long way to go so I'll just be hanging around for a while.
