Just playing around with some ideas. I was thinking that the Popes helmet looks like a retro rocket lol. So here's what I came up with.

Spelling variants aside, the guys in Mitre Corporation ( www.[B]mitre[/B].org/‎ ) used to have a rocket club, so, my first guess was that. Nope.

Then, I thought, ahh, this must be for a spiffy new tool to speed up your woodworking. Nope, not that either.

Unfortunately, the pope's hat never entered my mind till I read the posts in this thread.

Whatever the heck it's for, I like the design!

Looks like a football (american), colours are good though.

It does resemble a football, but I think the buttons would fall off!

Knowing the Pope's headdress, I'd say it looks rather like a mitre, rocketing off. Cool logo Inkz.
