Missing parts of Poser models?

I'm relatively new to Poser, but I have Poser 8 and I seem to be getting the hang of it. However, every time a save a project and reopen it to work on it later, I always get a message asking me to locate a part of it. I can never find these parts (this time, it was a chest) and I wind up with a 3d model missing a body part! Why is this happening and what can I do? :redface:

Have you got all your actual body parts saved in the same directory. Or have you moved parts of your library. I do not use Poser so dont know if you have a replace item eor something where you can just navigate poser to the folder where the missing parts are

I'm not sure, but I know that I've never moved anything in my library.

I call it a Poser hiccup. Been addressed but nothing was ever done.

Re-start POSER and load your model. If it opens well, resave it with a new name.

Whenever you have to open a previously open/worked-on file , re-start Poser.

Hope this helps... happened to me a number of times.
