Mirroring a shape then inverting the colours

Hi,

Im desinging a flag for our 4x4 owners club ive made the deisgn simple but to stop it looking like a standard country type flag ive broken the middle with some jagged lines.

What i would like to do is mirror this and on the mirrored side have it in white just like the text has flipped.

Let me know if you need more info, i wasent too sure of the technical terms.

make a copy of it (drag the flag Layer to the new Layer icon) type CTRL+T , right click and select flip vertical.
Of course, it will look very much like it does now. Unless it goes on a different colored background...
