Micro Beveled Box/Border

Hey guys,

Instead of using "borders" for my table I thought I would use ps.. Well i was just making sure this is the method to use

guys if you go to http://www.thewebmachine.com
then click on photoshop on the left side you will see a menu.........
scroll down until you find interfaces and then micro boarders click the pic and it will come up
