Metal-ish Borders

Heey there, new to the forum.

So I was wondering if anybody knew how these are made:



It bugges me, cuz I am trying to make similar designs but all I have found so far are the floral(ornament) corner brushes and these look more like metal-sort of. Any ideas guys?

Not the point. You use the same technique of using layer styles to convert the border you desire.
