Merging Effects Results

I have a project that I previously worked on where I created a reflective gold text with multiple layers for each text line. Each text layer had a separate effect but is essentially the same. When I am looking at the final product on my screen or printed directly from Photoshop, it looks fine and just the way I want it. But when I sent this file to be printed to a out of house print shop, I sent them a TIF file and the multiple layers all merged resulting in a darker image and the text effects changed...

Is there any way to save a file so that this does not happen?
