1. Thread Title. Do your best to describe in a few words what type of job you are posting in the thread title, and your approximate budget. Here are a few examples of good titles
   1. Logo Design Needed Paying $ (not sure what the going rate is. Would like an idea before you start. Am willing to pay though)
      
2. Description. I am looking to get an image of an American flag vertical with the rectangle with the stars in the upper left and the stripes going down with one of the middle stripes being a wrench or piston.
   
   
3. Payment and budget. Again I don't know what a good budget would be because I have no idea what photoshop work goes for. So I don't want to overcharge myself for an image and I don't want to hurt someones feelings by not wanting to pay enough.
   
   
4. Deadline or approximate time frame. No rush at all.
   
   
5. Privacy considerations, if any. It's totally up to the person making them. I will do my best to give my best input as well.
   
   Thanks for taking the time to look at this. Again I really have no idea how much an image is worth. I was looking at some premade images for about 10$ but I would like to get a design that no one else would have.
