Measure tool

I am new to this forum and wanted to say hi. Also I cant find my mesure tool. Where is it? I am running PS7 i am a complete novice.

Have you looked in your USER manual?

How about your online Help file (F1)?
How about the Quick Reference Card that came with Photoshop?

Are you running a legal version of the app? The answers are in SO many places if you just look...

Once you actually know where to look things seem alot easier.
