Specific Matching Colour Intensity Between Two Logos From Two Pictures

Greetings!
Is it possible to match the colour intensity between two logos from two separate pictures without any destructive consequences? I am referring to the WY logo on the bottom right corner of both pictures. In the first picture, that logo is displayed with great yellow colour, but on the second that colour is very dim and it hardly stands out. I'd like to match the yellow intensity of that logo from the first picture onto the second without any difference, making those logos the exact same yellow intensity.
I tried by adjusting the selective colour, including experimenting with Hue/Saturation, but without any satisfying results. The picture just gets pixels over the yellow markings.
Any help would be kindly appreciated.
Cheers!
