Masking Transparent Clothing

Hello! First post, yay.
I have this image I'm working on, I'd like to change the background from white to black.
It's usually pretty painless for me to make a mask and refine it to accomplish this, but this image is particularly troublesome because of the transparent clothing the lady is wearing. I want to cry. Does anyone have any recommendations on what would be the best way to do this? Thanks for your help!

i dont know what version of photoshop you are using but if you are using cs5 then this might help you.
