I was thinking Kate Babalina... lol...

If there's Jimmy Durantes and his nose, Babalina was the screen name of a local actress/comedian known for her prominent "protruding" chin... lol...

It is actually all her own face i just pushed and pulled and worked the tools on her lol.
I am very happy with the overall colour and tone the most.
