It was a nice looking layout design. Simple yet it would look more attractive if you will add a little color combination on the background.

Think of 5-10 words that you want your business to be associated with. For example, if you want to be associated with the idea of speed and quick response, a company that's moving forward, you might end up with a name like "Zoom Design."

Take the words/ideas you've come up with and start putting them together into combinations. Then you have to do two things:

1) Make sure the corresponding domain name is available. It's useless to have a memorable company name but not have the domain name to match it. Domain available must be a main concern when choosing a business name.

2) Do a trademark search to make sure you're not using someone else's name. If you have any questions/concerns along these lines, find a local trademark attorney and pay them for help. Better to pay a little upfront to make sure you can use the name than to pay a lot later when someone else sues you for infringing their trademark.
