1. Thread Title. Do your best to describe in a few words what type of job you are posting in the thread title, and your approximate budget. Here are a few examples of good titles
   1. Logo Design Needed Paying $ (not sure what the going rate is. Would like an idea before you start. Am willing to pay though)
      
2. Description. I am looking to get a black and white image for the back of our platoons tshirts. It would be our Job which is an 8552 Close combat instructor-trainers train and certify close combat instructors. Additionally, they provide instruction to all personnel in hand-held weapons, unarmed against hand-held weapons, ground fighting, and firearm disarmament.
   
   
3. Payment and budget. Again I don't know what a good budget would be because I have no idea what photoshop work goes for. So I don't want to overcharge myself for an image and I don't want to hurt someones feelings by not wanting to pay enough. But remember I am in the military so I am not rich. lol
   
   
4. Deadline or approximate time frame. As soon as possible. I will be having these made as gifts to my platoon. Would like the get them printed and put on shirts before Christmas.
   
   
5. Privacy considerations, if any. It's totally up to the person making them. I will do my best to give my best input as well.
   
   Thanks for taking the time to look at this. Again I really have no idea how much an image is worth. I was looking at some premade images for about 10$ but I would like to get a design that no one else would have.

This is the old image. I would like to steer clear of it since we have a dozen different shirts with it on it. But if you can make it look nice and different I may be interested.
