How can I add the the milk splash to her leg to achieve a wave splash?

I don't know why you would want to go to that much work and trouble, when you can find plenty of good stock images of water and waves. Like this one maybe.

Just a word of advice: Before refining the splash, I would be much more concerned with the perceived size of the girl in that image. The perspective is off. She looks HUGE compared to the mountain/island in the background.

As I'm sure you know, there is a long and honorable tradition of 40 to 60 foot women in Grade-B science fiction movies from the past, e.g.,
