Making Text Follow Curly Line

use the pen tool to draw a path that follows the curved line.
Then select the text tool and hover the cursor over the path. The cursor should look like a letter T with a line through it. Click on the path and start typing.
Unless you mean you already have the rasterized type and you want to distort it. That depends on if it's on separate layers or not. If so, transform and warp the text layer to follow the path (subtly, or it will get ruined).
If they're all one layer... sorry, you'll have to start over.
