Making images white

Hey everyone,

I help organize a gaming event several times a year. We get sponsors for every event and put their logos on t-shirts. Because of the color though, making dark t-shirts has been kind of out of our price range.

My question:
Is there an easy way to convert images to white? If we could convert our sponsor logos to white somehow, it would allow us to buy black shirts. Here's an example of a couple logos I need to make white: www.swvagaming.com (quixby, corsair, coolermaster, sapphire).

Any tips for getting started?

Thanks!

Greetings ctote.

If you add a B&W adjustment layer above the logo layer it will remove the colour (non destructively). If you then add a Levels adjustment layer above that, you can fine tune the level of black, white and gray in the logo.

Hope that helps. If not, let me know.

Additionally to theKeeper's steps I would try to make the colours as good as possible in the B&W adjustment layer, since there you can set each colour separately.
