Thanks for letting me know about Sam, Larry, and thanks so much for your work with the pic. It's still not quite what I'm going for, but after fiddling with the picture myself I came up with the closest thing yet to the effect I want, though it still doesn't look very realistic to me.

Here's what I've gotten so far. Any suggestions to making it look more like an actual card that's been printed out and photographed?
