Replace background and remove flower to make this look like a yearbook picture (preferably with blue-ish color). I'm making graduation posters and this boy didn't have his yearbook picture taken. Many thanks!

I"m a bit of an obsessive and there are some things I had to correct beyond what you mentioned. So I decided to go rogue and just re-dress him.
I also changed to a portrait background which I think is what you wanted.
I hope this is going in the right direction...
