Specific Make the light on the face even

Hey. Can you Please make the light which is falling more on my forehead even with the entire face. I want the entire face to be of the same tone . I like how my lower part of the face looks. I just want my forehead to look like that too. Also , can you highlight my eyes a little since its not visible much because of the raindrops.
